I'm a Minnesota girl, born and raised. I graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with an emphasis in Advertising and a Minor in Art. It was there I realized that graphic design was where I wanted to focus. I would spend hours working on a project in the art studio to get it just right, and loved every minute of it. I’ve worked in several different areas of design. First at a print shop learning the inner workings of the print process and all things ink and paper, then moved to book and magazine publishing for a few years. After that, I made the move to a small advertising agency in the warehouse district of Minneapolis. After 8 years of agency work, I took the leap of starting my own business in 2005. I bring my passion for all things design into every aspect of my business and the client work I do today.
My work has been published in Packaging World, Healthcare Packaging, Law & Politics, SuperLawyers, and MSP magazines and I am a Board Member of the Institute of Packaging Professionals, Minnesota Chapter.
When I’m not working, I’m usually busy running the kids to their various sports and school activities. I love spending time outdoors, whether it’s taking a camping trip up north, kayaking on nearby lakes, or just taking a walk in the neighborhood. I also love a good renovation project. At the moment, I'm working on re-purposing furniture (among other things) with chalk paint.
